DELIVERY POLICY

All goods are normally shipped next day or the day after, depending on the time ordered. However please be made aware that Snowie ice shaving machines and parts may take up to 6 weeks to arrive. 

Our shipping prices are for UK mainland only, certain areas of Scotland will be charged at a higher rate as will any other destination, outside the UK.

RETURNS

Any goods found to be faulty within 7 days of purchase will be eligible for either a full refund or exchange.

Goods will either be replaced or fixed on any faulty goods within the warranty period (warranty period varies for different machines).

In the event of a customer purchasing an item mistakenly and through no fault of Snow Ballz Ltd, we will be pleased to replace the item, provided that the original item is returned unused and in saleable condition within 7 days, subject to a 20% restocking charge fee. In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, we reserve the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer. In cases where an order is returned, we reserve the right to retain the cost of the outward carriage. We regret that postage/packaging/insurance costs are non refundable, unless goods received are faulty or received in error.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

GENERAL

These Terms & Conditions of Use are governed by the law of England and Wales and you and we agree to use a court in the administrative district of London if there is any dispute between us.

If any part of these Terms & Conditions of Use is found to be invalid by law, the rest of them remain valid and enforceable.

Use of the website is at your own risk. We take no responsibility for any loss or damage suffered as a result of use of the website (e.g. loss of profit), even if we could have foreseen the loss, or the possibility of it was brought to our attention.

We reserve the right to amend or change these terms and conditions at any time.
